A localização era ideal para minha demanda. O espaço era suficiente para minha familia com 2 adultos e 2 crianças. Quarto no padrão da rede, com uma cama de casal e um sofá cama de casal. Banheiro bom rou pas de cama e banho de boa qualidade, quarto limpo. Tudo funcionando.

The hotel is very close to the center and just behind the airport Santos Dumont, you can easily walk to both directions and reach in 15 min. The issue is that after 19:00 hrs the street in front of the hotel gets full with homeless people, and the police is not there (police is always there during day time). The general state of the hotel is standard with furniture showing age. Cleanness is ok. I had a not nice experience in the restaurant/bar (the main restaurant was closed for some renovations). I paid with cash and the waitress (Gabriel) came back telling that he had no change, I offer to charge to my room but they refused, and told me “you have to pay now” )) . I show him the money he again came with “I have no change”, so I asked him to speak with his manager, then he left without to say anything and came back 10 min later with the change. The actitud of Gabriel actually spoiled the good taste of the meal, which was very good, because he put in me and with bad manners the problem of the change (20 reals) instead of proposing a solution, as to give it next day for example. I hope the manager, which I was told was not present at the time, will tale action to improve the performance of his personal towards his clients.
