"We have stayed here many, many times and never been charged for a room towel..always had wifi and pools were all open..."

"Value for money but not well maintained"

Location was great. The place had easy access to many restaurants and food options. Well located to go around Seminyak and Legian places

The rooms, furniture and bed including mattresses and towels looked old and stained. The place is value for money but the cleanliness should be improved. It seems like it used to be a good hotel a while ago but hasn't been maintained very well

"Not so Grand"

Comfortable bed. TV. Tea making facility, hair-dryer. Good staff.

Cleanliness. Bathroom floor needed a good scrub and table tops. Broken stairs into the pool, a real safety hazard. Hotel is looking very tired. 3 star not 4 star. Too far from tourist shops and beach.
