2 Pools were good but hard to get out of . aircon very good

did not like having to ask to have room cleaned every day. very small bottle of water each day, Had to ask for coffee and sugar ( 3 people only 2 coffee left each day } Ladders in pools were old and very unstable. wifi doesn't work

location and large rooms with couch etc bathrooms are very nice and good shower and toiletries

the sheets were turned around not replaced from last guest 😲 and could use a chair and small table on balconies

location was good and the room was quite spacious.

however with the rate it would of been nice to have breakfast included or a buffet breakfast that you could pay a little more for. Also the WiFi connection in the hotel is not good, there were nights where it didn’t work on my room.
