Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Amarterra Villas på Bali och kan varmt rekommendera den till andra. Miljön var otroligt trevlig, genuin och harmonisk – precis den känsla man hoppas på när man reser hit. Villan var mycket väl underhållen och höll genomgående hög kvalitet, både när det gäller standard och detaljer. Personalen var enastående: mycket uppmärksam, positiv och genuint mån om att vi skulle trivas. Från första stund kände vi oss varmt välkomna och väl omhändertagna. Allt fungerade smidigt under hela vistelsen, vilket gav en trygg och avslappnande upplevelse. Ett extra plus var att general manager, Lami, personligen hade kontakt med oss och följde upp för att säkerställa att allt fungerade som det skulle. Det visar på ett starkt engagemang och ett äkta värdskap. Sammanfattningsvis kände vi oss mycket väl omhändertagna och kan starkt rekommendera denna villa till alla som söker en genuin, välskött och minnesvärd vistelse på Bali.

An unforgettable stay at Amarterra Villas Resort Bali Nusa Dua! I spent several wonderful days at this beautiful resort, and everything exceeded my expectations — from the cleanliness and privacy to the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service. I would like to sincerely thank all the resort staff for their professionalism and warm hospitality, especially Hilman for his kindness and helpful attitude, and Dede, the manager, for his outstanding support. I also had an issue that was completely unrelated to the resort, yet Mr. Dede went above and beyond to help me resolve it in a very professional and efficient way. This truly reflects how much they care about their guests. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service.
