We didn’t do breakfast at hotel. Excellent location and awesome bikes available 24/7 so great!! Excellent turn down service every evening with great canopies from the kitchen

There is nothing that we didn’t like. Amazing gardens and pool villa just awesome!!

It was spectacular! Having your own villa with pool was perfect. The restaurant was excellent and I can’t say enough about the outstanding service

The hotel is really nice, huge pool in the middle of the ressort and a really great beach bar that can be accessed by the shuttle service. Room was very spacious and we loved the interior a lot, the outdoor pool in the room was very nice and the outdoor seating area is just amazing. The staff has been very nice and sweet and „wishes“ and requests have been fullfilled with dedication and efficiency. We specially loved the beach crew that was doing an amazing job with a big smile, huge thank you to all of them. The design of the entry area is truly impressive with a magnificent gate leading into the ressort overall it is very very beautiful if you dont focus on closer details.

Easy fix maybe: the supply of drinkable water was a bit limited and the bottle from the bathroom was brought over to the bed by housekeeping in the evening which felt a bit like the hotel did not want to supply sufficient cleant water for free. Besides the breakfast, which was great, we preferred other locations over this restaurant at dinner. The Shower is partially outdoors and has a gap on top that allows mosquitoes to get in and the mosquito net around the bed does not fully close - so compared to the first 8 nights, we have been eaten up here despite spraying. The AC had a constant dripping leaving little puddles in the room, not a big problem but a bit nasty to step in or have it drip on luggage. The staff at the hotel pool, even tho we liked the people a lot, was not the most attentive and service quality deviated, tables not cleaned - this is totally fine but considering the significantly higher costs than other 5* we would expect an increase in service quality which we experienced at comparable Places (including their beach bar). Gym is totally okay but too little room and cramped with equipment that is a little below expected standard. No biggie but with 3 people training at the same time - space was quickly limited. They sprayed anti-insect spray without information resulting in concerns that the hotel is on fire when it the first time occured, we have then been informed that it is only „poison“ which I hope was safe to have inhaled while in the pool. A pre info may help.

Очень уютная и комфортная вила. Все необходимое есть, особенно порадовала колонка у бассейна. Территория отеля ухоженная и красиво оформленная, очень много зелени и цветов. Есть свой пляж с лежаками и полотенцами, плюс шатл к нему каждый час, чтобы не ходить по жаре. Персонал старается во всем помочь, крайне приятное сложилось впечатление. Буду рекомендовать своим друзьям!

Очень громкий звонок-колокольчик на вилу) если где-то звонят то слышат все.

二度目の宿泊になります。特にハッピーニューイヤーのパーティはいい思い出になりました。心のこもったおもてなしにとても心が温まりました。料理やダンス、写真撮影…などなど。素晴らしかったです！これからも私たち夫婦のお気に入りのホテルです。ありがとうございます。

les chambres villa sont superbes, bien aménagés, confortable, l'endroit idyllique, bien placé à Nusa Dua .Les petits dejeuners excellents et copieux. Le personnel au petit dejeuner très aimable et agréable. La plage pas très loin, un emplacement pour les clients de l'hotel en bord de plage avec du personnel adorable.

dysfonctionnement d'équipement.Une climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas à l'arrivée pourtant tardive, il a fallu 45 mn pour réparer ce qui aurait du être fait avant notre arrivée ,de plus la villa que nous avons loué se situait à côté de la route donc très bruyant la nuit, très difficile de dormir et obligés de mettre des boules quies. Et en plus nous avions loué deux villas puisque mes enfants en occupaient une autre. Et idem eux non plus ne pouvaient pas dormir la nuit. Nous avions loué il y a 8 ans de cela et notre villa n'était pas placé du tout au même endroit donc cela avait été tranquille, cette fois ce ne fût pas le même cas. Grosse déception. En ce qui concerne la piscine le personnel qui avait fait l'entretien de la piscine avait mis trop de chlore et le PH n'était pas bon et je me suis justement baignée ce jour là pour ressorti avec des cheveux non plus blonds mais devenus verts. Je n'ai donc plus utilisé la piscine alors que j'avais loué la villa en partie pour la piscine. Aucune excuse du Team Managment , Juste le réceptionniste auprès de qui je me suis plains qui ne savait quoi faire pour me calmer et faire en sorte que je retrouve la couleur de mes cheveux en me procurant jus de tomate et jus de citron à me mettre sur la tête. D'autre part nous avons été au SPA de l'hotel , massage fabuleux mais comme la salle de sport était accolée au SPA, mur mitoyen nous n'avons pas pu nous relaxer du tout et nous détendre durant ce massage car il y avait des coups donnés sur le mur fréquemment ou des charges qui devaient tomber au sol qui résonnaient et nous sortait de la torpeur et endormissement dans lequel nous plongeait ce fabuleux massage. Fort dommage, il devrait vraiment repenser à séparer le SPA de leur salle de sport pour le confort et bienfait de leur client. J'avoue que tout cela m'a laisse un goût amer en fin de séjour.
