Yönetim çok başarısız ve müşteri ile ilgisiz . Sorun çözme ve müşteri memnuniyeti konusunda çok ilgisiz bir otel yönetimi gördük. Son gün 3-4 saat odayı kullandık diye yerel para birimiyle 3 milyon rupi para aldılar. Otel aracını kiralayıp tüm gün gezmek üzere çıktık fakat fake ürünler satılan bir mağazaya götürüldük. Bla bla…

Zo goed als alles was optimaal. We hebben genoten van alle medewerkers daar. Mooie gesprekken mee gevoerd en enorm gelachen. Agung Oka, you're the best✨️ the most funny guy around Bali. You should start your own comedian show😂😂😂 wat hebben we enorm met je gelachen. De hygiene was top, de vriendelijkheid was top, de villa was top, eigenlijk alles, shuttle naar het strand, taxi's naar locaties in de buurt. Top, top, top! 1 minpuntje, het eten in het restaurant vonden wij wat minder. Wel goed te doen, maar had zeker beter gekund. We zijn geregeld bij Nusa in The Bali Collection wezen eten, dat was fabulous✨️ Maar overall krijgt Amarterra een dikke 10 van ons, want ze hebben ons een geweldige vakantie bezorgd❤️✨️

Het eten in het restaurant vonden wij persoonlijk minder goed. Maar dat was ool het enige....

Everything was absolutely impeccable. The attention to detail and care for the guests is extraordinary. The rituals, the spa, the breakfast, and the beautiful beach made the experience truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

"Lovely and welcoming"

The property was amazing, everything looked very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were really good at the restaurant.

Overall there is nothing negative I can think of.
