Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in diesem Resort. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen mit einer kleinen Zeremonie. Das Frühstück à la Carte war äusserst genussvoll und reichlich. Man konnte aus der Karte auswählen was man wollte. Auch die frischen Säfte waren ein Traum. Das Team im ganzen Resort war herzlich und man fühlte sich wie zu Hause. Wir würden dieses Hotel bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Bali wieder buchen.

Gar nichts. Das Hotel mit seinen Zimmeren (+Pools) ist ein Traum!!

We were there as a couple and from the moment we arrived we truly felt welcome. The location looks fantastic and made a lasting impression. After the welcome ritual we checked in and were escorted to our villa which was superb. This is what a luxury stay should be like and it really ticked all the boxes. And if that wasn't enough, the staff made it a perfect stay. Always ready to help with a personal touch, it is like everyone of the staff knows your name. We had an issue with a noisy neighbour in the first night which they handled like true professionals. Before coming here we thought we would go to Bali only once, but this stay truly made us change our minds. Special thanks to Wawan who truly went the extra mile! I would recommend Amarterra Villas Resort to everyone looking for something magical....

The villa we had was exceptional with a large private pool, while the room was very comfortable with every amenity possible. The staff were genuinely friendly and assisted us with any queries we had and provided information on things to see and do. I could not fault them.

The refrigerator was too small and the door did not close properly. For a 5-star hotel I would expect better. Other than that, no complaints. Also, this hotel is located in a very westernised, gated community full of high-end hotels. If you want to immerse yourself in Balinese culture or experience street food, you have to catch a cab outside of the enclave and travel times can be long.
