"Exceptional relaxing stay"

Everything about the property was good. The villas were quiet and cozy. The resort have a serene vibe, the sound of the waterfall around the whole place was really soothing. The food at the Maja restaurant were so good. Enjoyed them fully. Even they once dropped us to Bali Collection with resort car on an evening. Spa service was also good.

Toller Empfang, sehr nettes Personal, schöne Gartenanlage , sehr gutes Frühstück

Eigentlich eine schöne Anlage, aber in die Jahre gekommene Villas. Am Strand musste man erst durch Müll um ins Wasser zu gelangen.

Wonderful staff made our stay easy and relaxed. Special mentions for Ayu and Dhea; reception/check in, Ardika; at the pool bar, Komang and Purnami; restaurant, Dede; at the bicycle station, Lolita at the spa. Special touches including snacks and drinks, flowers and fruit at the accomodation were much appreciated.

"Exceptional - one of the best places we have ever stayed"

Everything was exceptional. The most luxurious place we have ever stayed - our villa was immaculate and worked perfectly with our 9-month-old baby with its private pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and always went above and beyond, including playing with our baby girl and helping to make our wedding anniversary extra special. The food was delicious and good value - from the broad range of breakfast options to the in-room dining service. We cannot wait to go back one day!

"Dream villa in a beautiful resort"

Wow. What an exceptional resort experience. They have thought of everything, down to the tiniest detail. The villas are amazing. So much space, massive private pool. Big comfy beds. Giant hot tub. The facilities are excellent. Lovely communal pool that is a bit of a suntrap but there's plenty of sunbeds with shade to keep you cool. Gym also very good. Spa is fantastic but you will pay a lot more here than anywhere else. They operate a shuttle service to their exclusive beach area which is well worth a visit. Gorgeous beach, you won't find better elsewhere. But the most outstanding thing is the hospitality. The staff are all so warm and welcoming. The reception team and the restaurant team who were brilliant with our little one. Would love to return some day!

We liked everything, but I think they'd get more pick-up in the spa and restaurant if they ran special offers for guests.
