Staff was helpful. Bed was comfortable. Location close to restaurants. Many toiletries.

Shower/ bath was in a very small room. House cleaning entered room before we had checked out even with a "do not disturb" sign on the door.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well. During our stay Castle Rock received very hot weather 100 and higher. The air conditioner was a godsend.

You have the wrong size toilet seat on room 201 plus it loose

Old and outdated. Carpet was dirty and frayed. The bed was old and sagging. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet and was loose and was turned to one side so had to be very careful getting on and off. There was not enough parking for all guests.

The price was great! I also liked the amenities such as coffee, tea, water and fruit available at all times. It was also helpful to have the maps and templates about local activities. The property is just a 5 min drive from Castle Rock downtown with a few dining options and a walkway along the reaver. Staff was friendly and helpful.
