I had an absolutely wonderful visit, room was fresh and clean, customer service was fantastic. A special shout out to Savannah at Subway who stood out for her speed, accuracy and professionalism in her service. The pool temperature was perfect and the jacuzzi actually was hot but not too hot instead of luke warm like all of last year.

"Not worth the money"

I went to see a show in the Venue. You cannot enter the Venue without a long walk through the casino that is filled with cigarette smoke that soaks into your clothes and hair. The hotel is 2x - 3x as surrounding hotels ($600/night vs. $250 - $300 nearby). The issue is that if you drive in to park without a hotel reservation, leaving after the show costs you an extra 45 minutes to get out of the parking area. The woman checking me in was kind of uppity and certainly not very friendly. The room was nice - but no nicer than other hotels I've stayed at in San Francisco, San Diego, Chicago and else where for half the cost. I won't stay in the hotel again.
