Thunder valley is such a wonderful casino:/hotel The high steaks restaurant was amazing as always and the provenance suite was a great gathering place for our family gathering before dinner Thank you Mary g. For making my birthday so special!!!

Thunder Valley resort is a very friendly and welcoming team from the Valet to the front desk to our room Angel was the team member that checked us in she's amazing very friendly professional always with a big smile.

Nice location, the atmosphere is good, their rooms are spacious and gorgeous, i had a good night sleep during our stay, highly recommended.

Maintenance of the cleanliness of the machine is a must like before. Sound system has to be fix and lineage of songs has to be reviewed. Server are very accommodating in all my request . Rooms are nice and amenities are good qualities. Some though had weak shower water flow. Overall, I love the Thunder Valley.

Every time I come to this place other people take my charger cable for my EV Car even if it's still charging and Staff don't do nothing about it. Some other time there's fuel car park in EV parking when I reported it to the security, nothing was done, same car still sitting the next day. Establishment need to post a signage & reinforce a notice to their patron. This should be a violation & should be towed with owner expense just like other establishment. They need to do something about it. It's completely BS & frustrating. I'm annoyed.

This was a very wonderful surprise. The rooms were clean with fantastic high ceilings and large windows. Bathroom was roomy and had 2 sinks and soft bath towels. The casino floor had PLENTY of slots, would prefer a few different table games, but worked fine. Even though you had to pay for drinks, they were reasonably priced! For us, the only negative was the lack of sit down restaurant choices.
