Thunder Valley Casino Resort

Since The management at Thunder Valley don't care and did not return my email of called... I have no choice but to post this.. . I dined in Red Lantern many times, to the point that one of the waiter “Ming” know who I am, he knew I always ordered at least six or seven dishes that is over $150 every times. 4pm on Sunday (3-1-2026), I was so badly miss treated that I have to reported and would like one of the manager to call me back and explain to me why is this happened to us. The door open at 4pm , my wife and I was the first one in and we had a reservations with requested table near the fire place. The man at the check in register even told the lady to take us to the front table (fireplace) she gave my wife hard times and unnecessary comments “like it’s only two of you”, then took us to our reserved table. We always ordered so much foods that the small table for two is no room for us. After we enjoyed our dinner $150, we have our foods bag up so we can enjoy in our room at ThunderValley. I got my bags of foods and went to the register and asking for utensils, the same man that checked us in at the register about to get the utensils for me and the same lady who seated us scream at me and said utensils is already in the bag. I kindly told her I do not have it, she took my bag and search my foods and checked for utensils and found none, she didn’t even apologized and put the food backs and went And get me some utensils for me. .. Is the plastic utensils cost so much the Thunder Valley cannot afford?

I like the atmosphere in the room.

Clean rooms & great front desk staff. I took a star off due to the cashiers at Panda’s who offered no help or guidance with the Panda Rewards App. Customer relations training should be provided to this employee

the people are great the room impeccable I recommend this hotel if you're in the area

As always my experience was awesome, the food choices are great, the environment is great The gambling is extra great the hotel is clean beautiful everything was excellent as always I've stayed in many hotels in casinos and this is on the top of my list

We love staying at Thunder Valley Casino & Resort. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great customer service. This is our favorite place to visit for a quick getaway and/or just to play for a few hours. Lots of options for eating.
