Oh my...barking dog, truckers, sketchy women (probably living/working there) individuals outside my room at 130am. I had to call the office. Everywhere we looked in the room was broken or peeling. The location worked for us. Good luck.
It was clean and comfortable. It was odd that they charged $10.00 for the 2nd person. It was just me and my husband. I’ve never have been charged extra for a second person. It’s not because of breakfast because none was offered at this hotel.
We have had stays where the hotel was so gross we barely slept,here it was the complete opposite. The lady made the check in effortless and the room was especially clean. The location for us was perfect, not too close and not thar far.
Great floor and decor updates. Water was not hot. Good for a passing through trip.

It was perfect for my needs. A quick trip into Rhode Island, a nice clean place to stay with very easy access to my intended locations. The owner was very pleasant and I was able to come and go with no problems. I'll stay here again.
