Clean, accommodating.

The hotel was very well managed and the staff very responsive. Though the place is a bit spartan, the staff does a good job with what they have and they are friendly. Could use a single cup coffee machine.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Definitely not worth the price. Paint was peeling off the ceiling, rain water leaks, shower water temperature kept changing, bathroom and roof need repairing. Flies, mosquito and bed bugs in this property. Never recommend this place. No service. Better to sleep in my car.

Pictures on expedia this this room no justice we walked in and it was beautiful very up very clean to date was inlove with the little table and chair set they had we had a concern they came right to the toom to show us what we was doing wrong with the hot tub even offered for someone to cone and show us all the extras very happy with our stay

This is an old, independently owned roadside motel adjacent to a truck stop (2 trucks in parking lot so it is still used as a trucker stay). This is very basic, bare bones, clean, no frills accommodation which met our particular need for a single night stay within driving distance of Newport, RI. (Jazz Festival). Able to accommodate our late night 11:20 PM arrival. Since all we needed was a place to sleep near Newport for 1 night on a summer festival weekend it met our need. Clean room, comfortable bed, cable TV, microwave, refrigerator, hot shower. Dunkin short drive down the road.

Regular motel with not the greatest accommodations. Lots of truck activity as there is a gas station next to it. What I paid for the stay was not compensated by the looks of the room inside. Staff friendly for sure but not really sure if I would return if I pay what I paid in my recent visit.

I like to relax with a bath, but that was not an option as the lever changing the water flow from shower to bath was broken. The window curtain was not lined, so the room never really got dark as there were lights on the parking lot. And not that this was the motel's fault, but my young neighbor was fighting with his lady well into the night, and chose to do so outside his door, next to mine.

July 4th vacation. Raining hard and nice manager let us check in quickly and earlier. Super nice. Big gas station has what you need eight next to the motel. Shopping center and some restaurants near by. We will be back.

Nice clean room. No ice machine.

Staff was unhelpful. Couldn’t find my reservation for 20 minutes and argued with me about it the entire time. No soap by the sink
