Pool was temporarily closed, room keys did not work to unlock the door at side entrances after 10pm (so had to carry luggage around to main entrance), & they ran out of food for breakfast (staff said someone “forgot to place the order”)

Having stayed in other Hampton Inns, this one struck me as cutting too many corners. Ie: limited towels (2 bath, 2 hand), no bar soap (only liquid). The HVAC unit in the room was so loud, it woke me up every time it cycled on. The whole experience was disappointing.
