USLet me start by saying that Brenda saved our trip. Our reservation got mixed up, and Brenda was able to help our entire family in the middle of the night in a massive rain storm. Thank you so much.
USThe hotel was clean and the location was on the way to my destination.
The room was not as it stated online on the booking website. I had booked a room that said it was handicap accessabile and the photos showed it had a hand held shower with a bench,...and it did not, and that was a needed feature.
