The receptionist was kind and polite. However, the room condition was not great. The room smelt stale, the seat were terribly stained as well as the towels.

Clean room. Had mini fridge and microwave. There is a donut shop basically on site and a gas station next door to get coffee in the morning.

This is an okay place for a night if you just need a clean bed and a shower. Nothing special. Could use some updating with regards to the decor and bedding but again, it seems clean. The microwave and refrigerator work okay. Don’t expect a coffee maker or cups in your room but there’s a donut shop next door that has good coffee and really good donuts. The owners of the motel are sweet.

Te rooms seemed clean. The staff is very friendly but a little slow to respond to requests. There is a little bit of over promising and under delivering. Overall, the place is tolerable considering what else is available nearby.

Older motel in Linden, Texas. Very clean, comfortable bed, cool air conditioning. Donut shop on premises. Will stay again, for sure! Bob was very helpful and pleasant.

Its an older motel in a small town. Checkin was easy and room was clean. Had read earlier reviews and was a little worried but room was recently updated, new appliances, vinal flooring and paint. Parking is tight for big vehicles. For the price its better than expected.
