The price was fair for a room of this quality motel. Owner/manager was hospitable and tried to correct issues when checking in (she never received the reservation from Booking.com because the fax machine wasn't working.) Room was generally comfortable enough and fairly clean, though outdated.

Bed linens were stained, towels were unusable (had to use my own because theirs were so dingy and extremely grossly stained. No wifi as advertised. Room had a funky smell and lighting along with the florescent green walls was a bit unnerving. Outside area seemed a bit sketchy and grassy area overgrown. TV remote didn't adjust volume on TV (could only change channels with it.) Only door lock was on doorknob and a little chain. Didn't feel very secure. Also near noisy intersection.
