sketchy place, sketchy residents smoking cigarettes and perpetually watching me in the parking lot.at all times of day. i walked around barefoot in the AM briefly and noticed my feet were black with dirt when i got into the shower. Loud room. uncomfortable bed. One handicap packing space was taken up by the not handicapped owners broken down car. This pace had it all - not in a good way.

No deposit

The two regular staff members are not pleasant to deal with. They are always grumpy and the lady has only been nice 1 time. They are not friendly at all

Heater was so loud I could not sleep, ants every where, we ran out of tissues and when asked for more, was told (we service at 11:00.) I asked the man for another box and he just kept saying, we service at 11. he said who are you? I had to turn heat off in order to sleep. We make several trips to Portland area. We will never book there again.

The property is in need of TLC. It did have a full Kitchen which was pretty nice. The bed frame was broken but was repaired quickly. Temperature control was fine. The shower/tub allowed shower water to go on the bathroom floor. I was advised that there are upgrades coming.

"Mean front desk person not hospitable"

Booking.com says pet friendly then after my hour bus trip and she saw my ID, she says Dogs only with a $30 fee and then I asked them to cancel because my companion animal was not allowed. Booking.com charged me $250 and $17 and call her back at OYO and same woman who is prejudice tells me how cats spray and litter smells blah blah instead of giving her name she hangs up on me. Now That's customer service OYO not good experience guess that's why they keep the budget Inn. If I knew it was OYO, I wouldn't have booked it. Booking.com I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW

Booking.com not returning my money when I was refused a stay there, and/or she didn't cancel my reservation after I asked her to, because I was charged.
