Budget Inn Gladstone By OYO - Portland Clackamas

I am sorry but I paid for 2 nights and checked out after the first night. The place is run down, the rooms look like something from 1960's that has been completely trashed and then cleaned just enough to barely pass as sleep-able. The bed is basically a giant box.. it has a very seedy feeling. The front desk lady was nice, although it seemed reluctantly so. I figured since I was going through hotels.com they would have vetted the place and made sure I was getting a decent room, but since they didn't, I am out almost 200 dollars and I did not get to enjoy the time with my brother.

Staff was rude kicked us out tried to charge me 200$ for a pet deposit

It was dirty and scary. An all around bad experience.

There was a hole in the bathroom door and the bathtub was dirty and a stain on the bed also

staff was beyond rude. room was uncomfortable and moldy. inn rules were different than what was online.

It was good for the price.

Supposed to be non smoking but the room smelled like it had been smoked in. Didn’t feel safe. They wouldn’t refund me. I ended up going somewhere else anyway.

Room was up to date and clean. If I had to change anything, it would be to get real coffee creamer not powder.

Parking in front of the room so that we could check on our truck at all hours. Dana at front desk was pleasant and sassy.

Holes in doors and sticky floors. My bare feet were black after showering. Shower water turns hot and cold often. Walls are thin, so I heard everything in rooms next door on both sides. Used towels left in the bathroom. Cigarette burns on toilet and bathtub. Also, I don't understand a $30 dog fee when there is no $30 fee for humans doing dealings at 3am, or the person that vomited in the breezeway.

Unbelievably dirty and run down.
