Staff were fabulous, it was very clean

Heater in the room was on the wall 12 inches away from the bed. Where you lay your head. Minus 36 and every time the Heater went on we woke up. The room was really meant for a single person. No night table on one side or light.

We are occupying this property for a period of two days. At the outset, I was somewhat uncertain about trying this hotel, but upon entering the lobby, located on the second level, and being warmly received by Annie at the front desk, with her big smile; my doubts were dispelled and I felt a sense of familiarity, akin to being at home. The unit's features were noteworthy, comprising two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, a compact reception area with tables and a working area equipped with a kitchenette. In my judgment, this property is one of the finest in Fort McMurray, situated in the downtown area. The service, cleanliness, and amenities, including the heated parking in the basement, are of the highest standard. This property is deserving of a five-star rating.

No bath tub, no comfortable chairs definitely set up for male workers. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
