The Ayu Kintamani Villa at Toya Devasya

Our Villa was beautiful, comfortable bed, excellent facilities and beautiful staff! The pools were magical, so soothing in the artesian, volcanic thermal water. Very therapeutic. Terima kasih banyak staf Kintamani

Great place to chill and relax while kids or family can keep busy and enjoy the venues perks or travel around and enjoy the local environment

Les critiques dans les commentaires ne sont vraiment pas objectifs. On a failli annulé notre réservation en fonction de ceux ci. Même si l’hôtel est vieux les mouches sont dues à la région agricole, à quel moment c’est la faute de l’hôtel ? Vous êtes dans un pays où les chambres (plafonds) et salle de bain sont souvent à l’air libre. Allez dans un club Med ! En tout cas nous avons passé un bon moment, les repas sont bons, les eaux thermales et chambres propres … et la décoration kitch … bon c’est kitch mais ça n’enlève pas le confort ! Et pour les mouches … ne venez dans la région et restez à la plage !

The lake and the mountains are beautifull.

There are way to many flies and they do nothing about it. Very bad hygienne the bed was dirty and so was the bathroom.

This hotel is a in a fantastic location and has a lot going for it. Pity the maintenance is not fully up to date for a 20 plus year old hotel. The staff are great and super helpful. The view and hot springs are wonderful and super relaxing. On a side note, don’t bother to ask for any specific or special requests as they don’t follow up. This was the second time we stayed in this hotel and we confirmed our request on our last stay 4 weeks ago.

There were flies everywhere on the food at the restaurants/buffet, when getting massages, and when trying to sit at the pool. We ended our stay a day early, as we could not stand it.

Old towels,bad english personal (reception is good),poor breakfast(today was not fresh chiken and if you want additional small cup of coffee you its not included)hot springs much more better public area because its not deep and difficult to swim,no possible to eat durian even outside the room
