The resort facilities were great

The villa was about 1 star, old with phone not working, no safe, no hot water, fridge not working, shower head broken. The villa was the worse I've stayed in in Bali and very over priced

Only hot spring

Too much and too much flies !!! They have everywhere on your food, kitchen of restaurant, on your bed, bath ….. even on your face!!

the location was very nice

there was no hot water in the bathroom and the food was not good and there is two menu in different price for the same food and there is no supplies

The room is very beautyful. It is perfecly placed for a trekking to Mount Batur.

We didn't expect it to be part of an aquapark. It is placed in the middle of nowhere, and after 18 I think we were the only guests at the hotel. (We were there in the end of February.) The staff was really not very professional. An example is that at checkin they took payment for the room from my credit card even though it was already prepaid at booking.com. We spent a lot of time solving this afterwards. We left the place one day before scheduled despite the room was prepaid.

The villas are beautiful and comfortable but need maintenance which is difficult due to the climate and the size of the property. The service is very good. Cleaning could improve. With a little more care than the above, the hotel could be very good. The only thing that is very wrong is that they have 3 poor roosters locked up and suffering all day and night in 3 tiny cages. This is cruelty!!! Also when people take vacations they like to sleep late and the roasters woke up us at 5:00. Please let them free!!!!!! The animals don't belong to us!!!
