Everything was marvelous,stunning,breathtaking, amazing and really fantastic. Starting with pple in the front desk Mr. Mostafa he was a real facilitator and welcoming guy very gentle and friendly. Ms Eman was helpful all the time giving support and a real problem solving lady , she was very kind, smart, curious to provide any type of assistance we needed anytime. The kitchen staff especially Ibrahim were very nice and ready and amazed us with their delicious variety of recipes that suits all tastes ,they were more than ready and patient. The housekeeping were supportive under the leadership of Mr. Mostafa. All in all the service here is much better the service in. 7 star hotel anywhere. Thanks for every one made us enjoy our stay here

We had the most incredible experience at Porto Marina Hotel & Spa. If you are looking for a calm, beautiful place to relax for a few days, this is the perfect choice. Although we visited out of season and many surrounding shops and restaurants were closed, the hotel facilities were excellent and the service truly exceeded our expectations. Before our arrival, we made a few special requests and were genuinely impressed by how thoughtfully they were handled. We asked for the rug to be removed from our room due to dust allergies, and we also informed the hotel that I am allergic to gluten and dairy. The housekeeping team ensured the room was carefully prepared, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to provide safe and delicious food options for me, including gluten free pancakes, almond milk, and gluten free bread. Our room was spacious, very clean, and offered beautiful views of the Marina, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We stayed on a half board basis, and the food at the restaurant was consistently fantastic. There is also a very good gym, which was a great bonus. A very special thank you to Eman, Maged, Omar, the front desk, restaurant chefs, and the rest of the wonderful team at Porto Marina Hotel & Spa for their outstanding attention to detail, excellent service, and for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff — especially Ahmed Mohamed, Mohamed Khamis, , Ibrahim, and Majid — were incredibly kind and helpful. We also received a room upgrade with a beautiful sea view, which made our stay even more special. The hotel has its own gorgeous private beach with crystal-clear water and soft white sand. Our room was spacious and very clean. all the staff were polite and attentive. The team at the hotel’s restaurant — especially Mohamed El Najar, Omar, and the rest of the staff — made every meal enjoyable, and the food was delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, insha’Allah. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
