"Was overall good short of the stolen purse incident"

Breakfast was fair

My mom lost her purse in the resort and when we got in the “lost and found” department it was shirt in money Somebody took 9000 Egyptian pounds out of her purse There was a total of 12000 Egyptian pounds they only returned 3000 pounds and took 9000 pounds and claimed that this was the amount they found in the purse. They promised they will check the cameras and get back to us but they did not Very bad experience

مكان جميل جدا انا معتاد التواجد فيه بإستمرار خصوصا من اول الرحله استقبال مستر احمد في الرسبشن وانهاء اجرائات الحجز في اقل من دقيقتين. والفانوس السحري بتاع الفندق بجد استاذه ايمان الي بترد علي التليفون 24 ساعه الصراحه مجهود مشكور وشكرا ليكو بجد انبسطنا جدا معاكو

I stayed in winter, it was very quiet, which I liked. Buffet dinner and breakfast included, as much as you can eat. As there weren't many guests they gave me a free upgrade to a room with a view of the marina.

Piped muzak throughout the resort all day and evening. Which is fine if you like twee music but I found it a bit annoying.

المنتجع جميل جدا والموقع متميز على البحر مباشرة.. الموظفون ودودون ومرحبون جدا.. وبالخصوص استاذ أحمد في الإستقبال وإستاذة إيمان في ال guest relation

بعض المطاعم والمحلات كانت مغلقة ومعظم الفعاليات كانت متوقفة بسبب إن الوقت خارج الموسم السياحي.
