I loved the hospitality of the staff and the facilities but more importantly the night activities such as the animation team and the morning activities at the beach

Location was great and there’s many services around the hotel. Vallet service saved us!

It’s old. No signs at all to tell you where are you or where the main locations are. Getting to the reception or the restaurant was a nightmare. Bath was clogged. 1 out of 2 ACs weren’t working. Breakfast is average. Bed sheets were old and had those balls that form after washing them several times

"Value of money is too much against available facilities"

Wide room

Poor breakfast and very crowded breakfast area, Week Wi-Fi network in my room (i opened my hotspot to access the internet), no beach in hotel area (you have to take a boat to the beach) in addition to No available parking area in front of the hotel
