Excellent room cleanliness and daily housekeeping. A complimentary fruit platter provided every day as a welcoming gesture. The warm smiles and professionalism of all staff members, starting from the reception team and security personnel to all other employees. Everyone was eager to assist and ensure a memorable guest experience. I particularly appreciated the daily room decoration and the creative towel arrangements, which were truly delightful. The cleanliness of the swimming pool and the helpfulness of the pool staff. The well-maintained beach area and the enthusiastic animation team. The presence of a Carrefour store within the hotel premises. The availability of golf carts for transportation between the resort facilities at any time, always accompanied by courteous and friendly service. I would like to extend my special thanks to Hotel Manager Mr. Mohamed Khamis and Ms. Eman Samir from the Guest Relations Department for their prompt response and continuous efforts to ensure guests’ comfort. My sincere appreciation also goes to Mr. Ayman and Mr. Mohamed at the reception desk for their excellent cooperation and hospitality.

وجود بعض الاصلاحات بالفندق والتي اتمني ان تنتهي سريعا وارجو إعادة النظر في تركيب وتشغيل العاب الاكوا There were some ongoing renovation and maintenance works within the hotel, and I hope they will be completed soon. I would also appreciate a review of the installation and operation of the aqua park attractions to further enhance the guest experience.

Many sevices

I didn't like following .Access only to lake and there is no access to the sea .repairs should be in May preseason not in June .walkways at porto still closed at June due to late repairs .No access to other gates of Marina as 1.2.3 .couldn't replace Breakfast meal with dinner

第二次入住了，很不错，虽然在整修中，房间挺大，游泳池和温泉池也很好，适合度假

Everything was perfect, hotel is a on great position close to the beach and views from the room are amazing. On the top of that there is also hotel staff, that really makes your stay special, they are very helpful and caring for their guests and listen to your wishes. They even upgraded my room without asking, only the nicest words for them really🙏🏻
