I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were extremely polite and professional. A special thanks to Eman from guest relation—she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Her positive attitude really made a difference and made me feel at home. Highly recommended.

Room was so comfy. Delicious breakfast. Mr Aly IT was very helpful and the WIFI was good. Ms Esraa was very friendly and cheerful and was there for any inquiries and she offered us a wonderful yacht trip as a complement and that was more cheerful. They free upgraded the room to sea view instead of lagoon view. we strongly recommend this place for a wonderful trip that has all things u need in a vacation including animation team, restaurants, carrefour and all what u need from any store. It has a special and exceptional imprint from the time it started till nw.

-Many of the staff (houskeeping-parking-restaurant) were not so welcoming. They make us feel like we should have not asked them for something. -Late replies to the room service calls. -Crowded restaurant.
