No window but not a big deal for us

The room was spacious and clean

From the start the wifi was down at reception and my card could not be charged until later that night. This was probably one of the worst stays i've had. WIFI didn't work TV didn't work shower and basin tap was wobbly. There were no windows in the room to which i wasn't told it was in the fine print. The breakfast is literally non existent i came down to boiled eggs and packets of noodles and some soggy fried things that were almost dripping in oil. You cant call this breakfast i had to go eat elsewhere. The staff literally have no idea about smiling or how to say hello. They looked at me most times with a blank look. some friendliness would go a long way. I was supposed to stay two nights but decided on only one because of the lack of friendliness and just as well. I was also woken up to some small banging noise by my door. Its such a shame because its quite a nice laid out hotel. They need to fix the WIFI and the TVs
