water leak in the bathroom, so that in front of the toilet there was always water on the floor bad smell from the toilet/bathroom

The bed was comfortable, fresh towels were provided

Many of the facilities that the property said it would have when booking were not there (laundry, restaurant). My room also did not have a window, which made it a bit depressing. Staff did not speak any English
