The room is clean and bright, but there are some issues with the air conditioning system.

My bill was $58.1, but at check-in, the front desk insisted on charging $59. I was willing to pay $58 and 2,500 kip. However, the front desk insisted that if I paid in kip, the 0.1 dollars would cost 5,600 kip. At this moment, the exchange rate is approximately 1 dollar to 20,712 kip, which was similar then. I didn't lack the 1 dollar, but this practice was unpleasant. We had a dispute, and it was a very unpleasant experience. In the end, the hotel gave up, didn't accept the 2,500 kip. I still have to say that the hotel's practice was wrong, and I do not recommend staying there.

Spacious room

Sloppy paintwork, damaged furniture, missing shower curtain and lightbulb. Nothing serious but just careless and easily fixed.
