Unfortunately the pool heater was broken and wasn't fixed while there, wasn't able to use the pool as much after the theme parks

The layout and set-up of the room made everything so convenient. You had privacy and space in every single area but you can also still comfortably sit around with people. There were many amenities available so you didn't have to stay and do everything in the rooms, but if you are less social you dont even have to leave your room.

Such a quiet and peaceful area that's so close to the city you couldn't tell that the neighbours can hear you and you can hear them through the walls. It isn't so bad if you're a quiet person, but you can't guarantee your neighbours will be.

Needs updating. Toaster broken and door knob fell off. Light coming in through bathroom at night from outside.

had the worst stay with my family and was a dead set waist of money. the room we booked room 17 was a descrace. as soon as we walked in, all we could smell was a damp wet mouldy smell and big stain marks on the carpet. there was thick dust all over the walls doors ect and black mould everywhere you looked, including the over and microwave. The place wasn't clean. The lounge looked like it came from the tip. The cushion covers had stains on them, the bathroom floor, sink, and draws in the kitchen, and the floors had dirt, dust, pubic hair and built up grime on it or in it absolutely descusting. I could keep going on with the issues the room had. I tried to speak to the manager and she was quiet rude and showed no care and even laughed at me and tried to tell me there is nothing wrong with the room even after showing her all the photos and videos I took of the room then the lady kept walking away into another room where a man kept getting aggressive at her because I was demanding a refund and bring up the issues with the room and told her I would contact the health department about the room he was not happy that I was speaking up then the lady came and started not talking to me and ignored what I had to say I would recommend this place to anyone. It would only let me upload a few photos but I have over 30 photos plus video footage of the mold, dust, cockroachs, safety issues ect... as proof from this absolutely unhygienic discusting place.
