If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Santana Resort Surfers Paradise in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. The credit card must be the same as the one used for the reservation. Please note that there is a 5% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note that not all apartments are air conditioned. Please note that all rooms are located on the upper floors of the building, and guests need to walk up stairs to access the apartments. Ground floor rooms may be available upon request during the booking process. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
