Great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and light rail. The pool and spa area were clean and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It had everything we needed for a comfortable trip.

Some of the furnishings felt a bit dated but it’s a cheaper place so definitely worth it.

Handy to trams / bus. Near Broadbeach.

Our room was Number 10. Apparently, these are privately owned. It is very dated and worn looking. Could do with a through spring clean. Like the walls and ceiling cleaned. Update tired worn furniture. Chairs were flimsy, and bolts kept unscrewing. The couch was peeling and had covers over it. The washing machine needed a good clean where you put the powder it was all clogged up. Don't ask me what the toilet brush looked like, Ekk..... like I said, owners should put some dollars into a makeover. The spa / pool was handy but had sharp edges you needed to be careful with. Neighbors appeared to smoke assorted plants. So you'd get a wiffas you entered your unit. And yapping dog also. The receptionist was lovely and couldn't fault her.

Pretty basic room which was fine for 2 nights. The bedroom was lovely and well presented and the bed was comfy. Great location, short walk to the tram stop.

Air smelled a bit stale in the room but it wasn't bad once the window was opened.

I was told upon my checkout that I would receive my deposit back straight away. However it has been 3 days and I still haven’t. I can’t contact the property
