"Would definitely put my family back here when they come to visit."

Location

Check in process was very irritating, front desk agent didn’t know what she was doing , manager was rude trying to over talk me. Treated with no respect and his wife Sandy who is over housekeeping was the same way RUDE..She knocked on the room door twice yelling saying it’s time to check out before looking to confirm I paid for two nights. She just kept over talking me it’s sad. These rude humans from India are weird and rude . I wouldn’t dare do back here.

"Will not use any la Quinta going forward."

The rooms were very clean

Overnight staff was always asleep and we had to wake him multiple times for what we needed. Woke up Sunday to no water and fire alarms going off at 7 am. Had to leave and find a gym close by to shower and brush our teeth. We have had the same thing happen at another Laquita at a different location.

Location, near interstate and restaurants/shopping. Room was clean.

Property is aged…needs updating. Common areas were cramped and not very clean. Front desk staff was either inattentive/disinterested or non-existent.

Everything was fine EXCEPT the people staying above us

COULDNT SLEEP THE PEOPLE ON THE FLOOR ABOVE US SOUNDED LIKE THEY WERE COMING THROUGH THE ROOF FROM THE TIME WE ARRIVED UNTIL WE LEFT IT WAS HORRIBLE

"Enough said"

Room was clean and breakfast was good except no milk for cereal.

Had to wait over 15 minutes to check because no staff in lobby. Normally not a big issue but had been on the road over 12 hours. Also no one in lobby during breakfast and when we checked out.
