Location

We got 2 rooms *Cold. + No extra blankets & heater broken (no legs on it-legs sitting next to it) * Pull out bed in 1 room was locked, wouldn't use it anyway as it was absolutely filthy. *Bathroom smelt like stagnant water every time you turned the faucet on. *Kitchen wasn't very clean, dusty and finger prints on all appliances, dishwasher didn't work, crumbs on plates. *Hardest beds in NZ *Water cooler in reception absolutely manky

Spacious; bed was OK; kitchenette probably adequate although we ate out. Best thing was probably the meal at The Old Bailey, almost opposite.

Photos did not show that the shower was over the bath, and that there were no grab rails to assist with getting into it. Carpet was very much in need of a thorough clean, with footprints and stains across it. Apartments are in a converted old building, with draughty old-style windows that did not seal properly. Whole place felt unloved, and certainly not the "home away from home" that their own assessments forms hoped for. Entrance at Lambton Quay had no seating for guests awaiting transport.

Location is the best! People dont realise that the best places to see are on The Terrace. Easy access to amazing food on the Terrace - walk out the door. Membership with Les Mills is an absolute plus!!!

I didn't read the after-hours info until I had been dropped off at Lampton Quay. I think it's deceptive to say Lampton Quay because I went to the wrong Quest apartments. It is important that you highlight access after hours is through 43 The Terrace to get dropped off for after hours. Floor 6, Rm 2 - The Wifi was dodgy but I wasn't sure if it was because of the cyclone. I couldn't finish my work and used all my data through my phone. The TV connection was also bad which I also put down to the cyclone.
