Great location.

It's a bit old & tired, but perfectly satisfactory.

The staff were nice and the location was close to my conference venue.

A very average stay. Everything felt like it needed cleaning. The dishwasher was broken. The water to wash dishes didn’t get hot enough, I had to boil the kettle. The shower didn’t adjust up and down and I ran out of toilet paper.

Convenient, spacious and clean.

Tied. Paint around windows pealing and furniture tired.

Its proximity to the city was ideal, just an elevator ride to the main shopping street.

It had not been cleaned properly for a long time. Door Handles were dirty, joinery, sills surfaces were not cleaned properly. The windows were poorly maintained and old. The floors were dirty. The carpet is old and dirty in places. Pillows were old and lumpy. The tap in the kitchen was loose and barely holding on. The sofa and armchair had cracked leather armrests which were dirty and blankets had been used to cover the seats, presumably because the leather on the seats was also badly cracked - we did not look. It is an old property that is not regularly maintained.

Rough entrance/lifts etc as is an apartment building, didn’t feel very safe

Very spacious apartment in an excellent location right in the heart of the city. Perfect for two couples or a family.

After hours on call via call button at front door were very polite.

The room was a little tired and the TV was not in a convenient location.
