Not very much.

Premises is run down and requires upgrade. Room felt damp on arrival. No aircon. No working can in the bathroom. Hall sensor lights slow to react. Neighbors were having a party and it took 3 calls to get action to stop the noise..... we couldn't hear our tv for the party music next door.
