"I wish I could get a refund. Waist of a lot of money."

If we would have gotten the correct room, that I PAID for, things would have been much better.

They couldn’t fix our room because that said it was an issue through booking.com and booking.com said it was a hotel issue. So we will be leaving reviews about both.

"Amazing service!"

We stayed at the hotel over and came here 3 times for lunch and breakfast, and every time we came for lunch we had Adrien and he was amazing! he was super attentive, made sure everything went smoothly, and checked on us 3 times before we even got our food. The food and drinks manager, Jimmy was super nice and talked with us for a while afterwards about our experience and how it was regarding service, food,etc. overall i would recommend!

"Lovely resort on the beach."

Beautiful pool. You can order food/drinks from your seat. Staff is very kind.

Our bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned upon arrival. Pillows made sleeping not comfortable. No room service.

Such a great place to stay! They have so many activities all day long! Petting zoos, meet characters, face painting, dive in movies!!! All the workers are above and beyond amazing and accommodating. Cathy C. in particular has made us feel so special and important. She brightens our day every time we see her!!

We were here for a week and it was absolutely amazing,the weather the accommodations were great. We ate breakfast which was good. But our dinner was outstanding. Our server Brittany was so friendly and helpful. Our food made by Pablo was great and very consistent. My hubby had the Blue Angel Burger and raved about it. If your here on vacation stop in to eat you wont be dissatisfied. Thank you for your awesome staff and lovely hotel.
