Great location just a few feet from the beach.

Cleanliness, staff and amenities were all amazing.

What a great experience! When my friend and I arrived at check-in, we discovered that I accidentally made our reservation for the hotel in Panama City Beach. Skylar, at the front desk, was so kind and accommodating and found a room for us. I was traveling with a friend who is handicapped - we asked for help getting our luggage from the car to the room. Adam, from Maintenance rose to the task - he was charming and immensely helpful. Kudos to Blake at the bar, Jaxson at the front desk, and Grace at poolside for bringing towels to us! Another lovely soul, Mike from Maintenance, helped us load the car today for our journey home. Everyone we encountered on the staff was smiling, friendly and welcoming. The accommodations and amenities were exactly what we needed. We didn't leave the hotel to eat, and everything we ordered at the hotel was delicious! I will definitely stay at this hotel again. I'd like to add that when I called the hotel in Panama City Beach, a delightful lady named Keisha kindly took care of transferring the payment that I already made on the room. Many thanks, Keisha!

I liked not having to leave for anything

My husband and I stayed a few nights and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice very nice. The pool area was a good size and I absolutely loved the lazy river. We went mid to latter part of August so the crowds were gone. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Staff wasn't helpful at all.

The beach was beautiful and pretty clean. Hotel room was clean and everything worked properly lol. One morning they overcooked my wife's eggs and before she had to say anything our server said they had more cooking to her liking. Riley at the front desk was very helpful with my questions as this was our first time in Pensacola beach. I've stayed at much more expensive hotels that wouldn't touch this place. Even the Riptide bar and grill food was excellent. Highly recommended.
