Hotel Grand Godwin

This hotel was in a good location for our business but was very mediocre. I believe you can get more value for money elsewhere. One of the supervisors were very rude and aggressive to me on asking a simple question. It is shameful that the junior front desk attendant had to apologize on behalf of him. Kudos to that young man but shame on his superior. Breakfast was ok and facilities/room was just ok. I would rather stay somewhere else on my next visit.

clean rooms with good wifi and AC. daily valetting. nice breakfast. the tv was there but not reveiving images. quite an eery neighbourhood. else easy access to taxi and tour organisers.

Decent cost saving place in Delhi. BIGGEST downside was there was no in-room safe. There was not even a safety deposit box at the front desk. you needed to place your valuables in a secure draw. They need to put in each room SECURE ROOM Safe for valuables and PC. Yes, the staff appear to be honest, but they should put in the room safe. There was no decent soap either and the breakfast was not that good. Other than that, it was place if you want to save money.

Hotel is in a very very busy part of Delhi however you cannot hear the sounds of the madness from the hotel room. The food served is ok and comes with great service, there is however no alcohol if that is what you want.

Stayed for 4 nights as a base for guided tour of New and Old Delhi as well as Agra day trip. Very nice and very clean hotel. Desk staff very helpful. A definite recommendation and I would happily return.

Hotel set in down town Delhi in need of an upgrade. Had booked a twin room but was given a double room with a promise to move the next day but nothing happened.didnt pursue as already had a poor start to my stay Stayed for 4 nights. Rooms need to be cleaned better and the bathrooms need to be thoroughly deep cleaned. I refused to stay in the first room as it was not clean and was moved to a second room which was not much better During the 4 days I don't believe the bathroom was cleaned which was not acceptable The food was ok but had mice running around which was shocking and when mentioned to the staff they just said food. Was covered and the mice could not get in!! I only had tea and toast for the rest of the stay. On the positive side the staff were very pleasant and wanted to please. The bed was comfortable. With a bit of effort the standard could be improved greatly especially with upgrading the bathrooms and please supply hand towel and paper tissues

Very good ..the bathroom could be better..they provided good bathroom to my another friend...my bathroom was average.. The best part they gave me early check-in of 3 hours without any extra charge...food was awesome... service was good.

Enjoyable stay in an exciting part of Delhi. Other than Front Desk, all other staff v. friendly & helpful. Good value for money.

Comfortable stay Good restaurant team and support staff but two gentleman on reception were quite rude and noticeably unhelpful Everyone else lovely
