Hotel Grand Godwin

Bedding very dirty already been used by other customers, also pillows and duvet were all stained! Booked room for 3 and got a king size bed, room too small to put extra bed plus they would only put mattress on the floor. Not a very happy customer!

An enjoyable stay at The Grand Godwin. The staff was always ready to help and arranged car and drivers for us as well as a guide when we wanted one. Breakfast was very good as was the service in the breakfast bar area. I would stay there again.

This is the absolute WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. After our scheduled airport pick up was a no show we were forced to take a taxi. Upon arrival to the hotel the night manager insisted that the driver was there and we were still responsible for the fee, additionally he wanted us to pay in full for the scheduled 3 rooms and three nights in advance. I'm glad I didnt. No hot water, extremely noisy, my room reeked of moth balls while my inlaws mattress was infested with bed bugs. The second half of our party arrived the following day where we decided that due to the condition of the hotel we would move to a different location. That's when all hell broke loose. The general manager and the hotel owner insisted that we pay for the entire three nights with a credit card which I flatly refused siting the previously listed. I explained that I would pay cash for the two rooms and the one night we were there. It got extremely heated. The next thing I know the entire hotel staff ( about ten men ) are in the lobby watching the argument and deliberating about the fees. It was clear that they were trying to pad the bill with as much as they could. It was chaotic and emotionally difficult. Even after we agreed on the cash fee which I paid the hotel owner kept approaching me stating that I owed him additional fees. It got so bad that it spilled out into the street where I stated he just needed to step away from me or call the cops. STAY AWAY - Its a TOTAL SCAM

Showering water was just Luke warm. Don't be fooled by the "free airport pick up". They will demand parking fees which is more than what you will pay for an uber to the hotel from the airport. Breakfast starts at 0730 which meant that I missed it on both of my days I stayed there.

Room looks clean on the outside but that's where it stops. Towels are light to dark grey, water isn't hot at all. Airport pick up was free but the check in guy wanted me to pay and after I stood to my ground, he let it go. Room's walls are paper think - you can literally hear if someone breathe outside your door. Didn't try their breakfast as I had to leave to go to Agra early morning.

The hotel was good, clean and well staffed. The rooms were clean and in good shape. It was a very loud hotel but thats Delhi street traffic and not the hotel

It is convenient to stay at this hotel and the staff at the reception area is friendly and helpful.

A little noisy, but the staff, room, etc. were great. Thought it was a bit overpriced. We could have taken a prepaid taxi to the airport, from hotel down the street for less, and we would in all likelihood have had a safer driver. Didn't like this one.

Not bad for the money local area very noisy and dirty my stay was ok staff can be rude at times Wi-fi was terrible

Really good hotel and reasonably well located. Large comfortable room and good lounging area. Some staff really go out of their way to help you.
