Our 3-night stay at the Ballard House Inn was most enjoyable. Our host (Fez) was extremely friendly and informative, and he made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The inn was clean and neat, the sitting rooms were well appointed, and the breakfasts were delicious and ample. We were there for our granddaughter’s wedding, which was held at Church Landing in Meredith, and he was very knowledgeable about the location, parking tips, what was nearby, etc. If our travels ever bring us back to the Meredith area, we would definitely stay again with Fez at his Ballard House Inn!

Great bed & breakfast in that has 8 rooms in total. Fantastic breakfast and the place had great views overlooking the lake in the distance on a wrap around porch. Highly recommended

The charm of this inn is lovely. Very clean and inviting. Outstanding views. Friendly innkeeper and staff. Outstanding breakfast. We were on the first floor and when we return, we will request a room on the 2nd floor so we can enjoy our views. Outside our windows was the wrap around deck so we had to keep our shades down most of the time and were unable to enjoy the view from our room. The bed was a bit too soft for our sleeping comfort, but the sheets and bedding were exquisite.

This is our "Go to" place for a getaway. The owner, Fez, is the consummate host: friendly, knowledgeable about the area and its attractions, excellent cook! The rooms are great, everything is immaculate, the view of the mountains and lake from a beautiful wraparound porch is amazing. You just can't miss if you choose to stay at the Ballard House.

We took a chance and was very pleased with our choice. The inn is very clean. The owner is very pleasant and cooked us a wonderful breakfast. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Would definitely recommend.
