Ballard House Inn

The owner, Bernadette, was very welcoming. Accommodations included a fridge full of drinks in one of the common areas and breakfast/ coffee in the morning. A cleanly place to stay and beautiful views. Would recommend to anyone!

Bernadette and staff provided a wonderful experience from the wonderful and delicious breakfast, clean rooms and during Laconia bike week 2022 allowing parking in the garage for the bikes.

Unique situation on 20 acres with plenty of parking even if you had a trailer. Parking for motorcycles in barn. Great location and views of the mountains. Outstanding breakfast and selection of complementary beverages. Charming host!

The Ballard House Inn is such a lovely place. We stayed here one night for a ski outing. The staff was so friendly and the Inn was extremely clean. The complimentary beer, wine, coffee, soda and water was so appreciated. We stayed in the Winnipesaukee suite and our bed was super comfortable. Breakfast smelt amazing in the morning, but we missed out as we left early to hit the slopes. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I had an amazing time. The owner could not have been more welcoming and gracious. We will definitely be going there again for a longer period of time. I highly recommend this Inn ❤️

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The place was beautiful! Kudos to the housekeeping staff, everything was spotless, cleanest place I've ever stayed.

We were welcomed by the owner who gave us a tour of the Inn. It is a very nice and welcoming place. The room was very comfortable. There were drinks available in the living room. Breakfast was made and was delicious! The view from the back porch was so pretty. Really enjoyed my stay and will be back.
