"Wonderful B&B for Bikers"

While at Laconia Week 2023, we decided to stay an extra night and the hotel we were at was booked. I did a search on Hotels.com and found this property. We lucked out, it was such a fantastic location to spend our second night. Bernadette is an amazing host, we loved the breakfast and meeting other bikers who were also staying at the property. The bike parking in the barn was a definite bonus, as it was a rainy week. Many thanks to Bernadette and her team for a great stay, I hope to return in 2024!

"A hidden gem!"

Amazing stay at a beautiful place. Bernadette is a very gracious host. Breakfast was delicious and great coffee. The wrap around porch and views were a great way to end our day. Comfy beds and truly the softest sheets. We loved all the finishes in this 1700s home! We will be back

We loved our visit to The Ballard House. Very comfy and cozy with a gorgeous view of the mountains and sunsets from the back porches. Very close to all the restaurants, Weirs Beach, and Lake Winnepesaukee. Plus Bernadette makes some delicious breakfasts! We will definitely be return customers.

Squeaky clean well maintained inn on beautiful grounds with amazing views! Bernadette and her staff do a fantastic job of making you feel welcome even if it’s your first time. Room was great and breakfast was great. Looking forward to staying at the Ballard House Inn again.

Bernadette and the crew have done a lovely job! We travel quite a bit and are always looking for comfortable low key places to go for a weekend. Meredith, NH is lovely and this inn is perfect, right now the road from the lake and the marketplace. Will absolutely be back!
