Ballard House Inn

The host was very gracious; offered us a tour when we arrived and complimentary drinks. The porch out back was beautiful and relaxing. Our room was very comfortable and the homemade breakfast in the morning was fantastic!

Bernadette and her staff run a first class B&B. The house is beautiful. Clean, well maintained with all the amenities. Her breakfast alone is worth the price.

This place is so pretty, clean and quaint. Lovely area and the food is amazing!!!

This lovely old house serves as a B&B. Our room was very small, but we had a comfortable bed and our own bathroom. For one night that's all we needed. Sadly, we missed the breakfast which sounded yummy because we had to leave before the breakfast service began. They kindly left us some slices of blueberry bread and we made our own coffee in the morning to serve as breakfast. There was an excellent service bar for visitors offering complementary soft and hard drinks, ice, and ice water, coffee, tea, and wine. I would return when I need a room after a concert in the area.

Excellent property location; central to downtown Meredith, etc. Owner is so very personable and makes you feel so welcome! Breakfasts are to "die for!"

The Ballad House Inn was amazing. It was a very peaceful stay. Bernadette, the owner could not have been nicer. The breakfasts were generous and wonderful.

My stay was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, they had the ac on when we got there was the room was nice and cool, great view and friendly staff. They were very accommodating. I would definitely stay here a again.
