Location and staff were brilliant.

The rooms are small.

The restaurant/ bar was very noisy. Too many hard surfaces to reflect noise.

Cute room, clean, good location

The reception staff refused to warm up our food for understamdable food safety reasons! However, being an overnight stay in a hotel that dosent offer room service or have mi rowaves in the rooms?! Very disappoibting. We had a cpuple of bites each of our cold food.

the food is excellent and location brilliant. the gym access passes were amazing. just the beds are terrible. the spring mattress are cheap and had a sore back after a terrible sleep. also, every bathroom should have a toilet brush to make sure we the rooms in the best state for the cleaners as possible. Please fix the beds you have a great hotel and when travelling for business a good night sleep ius very important.

The warm hospitality shown by all the staff was appreciated. Check in and out was quick and easy. Helpful people everywhere to answer any questions you might have. Very comfortable bed and facilities. Dinner at Basto, exquisite. Breakfast , which was included, was plentiful, fresh and delicious with many choices catering for all dietary requirements. Undercover parking available for a small fee.

The area was a little noisy overnight with people yelling in the street and local revheads driving past with a roar.
