Hotel TOTTO Wollongong

Mark was very thorough in explaining the hotel/room facilities upon check-in. Everything went smoothly.

Having to pay extra for the on-site parking - room tariff of nearly $300 per night should include parking, as the only other option is time restricted street parking. Extra blankets in the room would be good - especially for those who don't like air-conditioning as the only option to heat the room on what was a cold night.

Hotel Totto is in an excellent location, close to many cafes, restaurants and shopping. It's very clean and staff are generally friendly and helpful

Parking is limited due to now being opened to the public rather than just guests. Some maintenance in the room needed eg the room fridge interior shelves were broken and it also froze everything we put in it. Due to the inner city location there can be a lot of street noise. In general, a very nice motel in a great location in a wonderful city. Would definitely recommend

The service was good from a number of people. It was clean and the buffet breakfast was amazing.

The shower leaked a lot whenever in use which caused a bit of a hazard. The air con was loud and had to be used otherwise couldn’t get enough flow through the room. During our morning of checkout, it felt like we weren’t treated as good as the rest of the residents during the breakfast period as we weren’t asked about our coffee or eggs until my husband had to follow up. Additionally, the parking was a bit stressful as having to pay $50 just to stay in the overflow and having to walk further after checking out.
