Hotel TOTTO Wollongong

Location, restaurant and the staff were very friendly.

The size of the room looked as if a standard size room had been cut in half. Luckily we were staying for only one night. If you were staying for more than one night you had nowhere to hang your clothes.

The lady at check-in was helpful but even though I asked about parking when we got there our car was to high because a 2.1 metre is to high for the parking lot

The room had no sound proofing so everyone walking past sounded like they had a microphone. Outside noise was a problem and then in the morning we were ignored checking out other than when we had to bring our car from street parking to the motel to load our luggage we were confronted by staff to how long we would be parking out front. No thanks for staying with us just ignorance.

Location was very good. Shops just across the road. It was clean and cosy.

The room has no cupboard, no Microwave to warm food. Shower was too tight.

Location even in the cbd it wasnt very noisy restaurant makes very nice coffee.

Aircon is really noisy and the room gets quite hot

Great place. Will definitely stay again.
