"Staff and location were lovely, however facilities, cleanliness a nd noise definitely need some improvement. Overall it"

The location and staff were excellent

The facilities were poor, shower had very bad pressure/temperature, and the floor would dent in. There were squashed bugs in the window shade/ strange brown marks on the walls. The construction happening in the building wasn’t mentioned whilst booking. I feel due to all of these reasons the price was a tad steep

"Value for money but needs improvement"

Super friendly staff, and perfect location for the job I was working on

Bed was on wheels and not secured so it moved getting in and out, the fridge was broken (sounded like a failing motor) and i need to switch if off, as was the Aircon

"Brilliant, good location, good food and service."

Compliments to the chef- brilliant ceaser salad on friday night (19-06) wait staff were thinkers and brought water out during meal.

A tiolet brush in the bathroom would be good. Help clean up after a stressful week in Court.
